When can I access my unit?
Gates have access available from 4am until 10pm during summer months and until 9 pm during winter. Extended hours are available with request.
I forgot to pay my bill?
We understand life happens and sometimes it slips your mind. Rent is due on the 1st of each month but considered late after the 10th. The gate will not open with a balance on the account after the 10th. We offer multiple ways to pay your rent. Online, office drop box, mail in, and over the phone. Please contact the office as soon as possible to make arrangements to pay.
I'm over a month late on my payment, what are my options?
After 30 days past due the auction process will begin, however, you still have option to pay your bill until 60 days past due. At that time, if no arrangements have been made, your unit will be auctioned through Bid13.com.
I know i paid my bill, but the gate won't open?
Occasionally, our gates have temporary updates and can be slow in communicating with your account. If that happens, please call or text the office phone or either of the numbers on the answering machine for a temporary gate code.
is there a minimum time i have to rent a unit?
When renting a unit the lease is month to month. Your first month is prorated and lease automatically renews on the 1st of every month unless written move out verification is given to the office. We do not rent by the day or week.
what is the security that is offered?
We have 24 hour security cameras around the facility and inside hallways and gated access only with personal codes. There is also onsite personal that monitor the grounds. We strongly recommend having insurance for your unit. Most homeowner's and renter's insurance will cover storage units. It is best to check with your insurance company before you purchase a separate policy.
How can I pay my bill?
We offer many ways to pay your bill. The easiest feature is to set up on auto pay. We also have a drop box located next to the office door. You can mail in a payment to 410 N Greensferry Rd Post Falls, ID 83854 or phone in a payment as well.
What are the office hours?
One of us is typically on the grounds Tuesday-Thursday 9-4 and Fridays 8-12, however, we mostly handle day to day over the phone or online. You can call during the above hours or text anytime (we will respond as soon as we are available) and make an appointment for when it's convenient for you. Evening and weekend appointments are available. If using the text option, please include your name and what you are interested in discussing.
how often are the rates increased?
We don't believe in punishing our long term tenants. Rates are guaranteed not to increase for the 1st year, but you are not required to stay that long. Leases will remain month to month. We also don't increase rates unless absolutely necessary. We have only increased rates 4 times in the last 40+ years.
Where are you located?
Our main office is located at 410 N Greensferry Rd across the street from the post office. Our facility is split by the train tracks and we have second entrance off of 410 Potlatch. This is where most of our larger units are located. There is larger turn around at the end of this section.
